As Your Providers
Our goal will always be to empower you to take excellent care of yourself. We use evidence-based practices to facilitate behavioral change. We do not set weight goals of any kind with our patients, as we utilize a Health At Every Size® approach. For more information about Health At Every Size®, visit this website.
We believe that no sustainable, health-promoting change can happen when driven by weight, shape, or size. We know that your health and worth cannot be reduced to any number, as you are beyond measure.
INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
We offer individual nutrition counseling and psychotherapy for children, teens, and adults of all ages.
PRESENTATIONS & WORKSHOPS
Would your group or workplace benefit from learning more about mental health or nutrition? We can tailor a presentation or workshop to meet your needs.
GROUP
THERAPY
Group therapy creates a valuable space to connect with a supportive community while developing new skills and tools.
PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION
We offer consultation to schools, organizations, and fellow providers with the goal of preventing disordered eating and combating weight stigma in our community.
Beyond Measure is Committed to Inclusivity
We strive to create a supportive, affirming, and healing space for people of all races, ethnicities, creeds, sexual orientations, gender identities, abilities, and body sizes. We recognize that fatphobia, weight stigma, and sizeism are inextricably linked to other forms of widespread oppression. We therefore consider sociocultural narratives of privilege and power to be of central importance in our work. We commit to uphold our shared value of social justice through continuous self-reflection and antiracist action in our personal and professional activities.
